Hundreds of guests will, once again, be amazed by the culinary talents of some of the finest chefs in South Florida at the Ann Storck Center’s 15th Annual Celebrity Chefs Food Tasting & Auction, to be held on Friday, October 3 at 7 p.m. at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL.

Among the local restaurants and chefs participating are 3030 Ocean, Anthony’s Runway 84, Bin 595 Eclectic Grille & Wine Bar, Bob Roth’s New River Groves, Brooks Restaurant, Casa D’Angelo, Chef Judith Able, Chocolate Falls, Emeril’s, Fish Restaurant, Grill Room on Las Olas, Hard Rock Cafe, In Home Gourmet, Jackson’s Steakhouse, Jazziz Bistro & Live Music, Jimmie’s Chocolates, Lola’s on Harrison, Mancini’s Prime Blue Grill, Renegade, Samba Room and The Chef’s Table.

For the fourth consecutive year, Roz Perlmutter is serving as the event chair.  She is joined by Joan Ast, Pat Turner and Marge Osceola as event co-chairs. Last year, the Celebrity Chefs event attracted more than 600 people and raised over $430,000 to support the Ann Storck Center Preschool and other programs. 

“At a time when governmental assistance for the Center’s essential programs and services are continuously diminishing, we are relying more and more on the support of our community,” said Jim McGuire, executive director for the Ann Storck Center.  “We hope that this year’s event will be a great success and will enable the Center to continue to provide for those it serves.”
