The atmosphere is contemporary and upscale, but this award-winning venue will satisfy your old-school cravings for prime steaks and fresh seafood. The 100% U.S.D.A. prime beef is dry-aged 21 to 28 days, then cut in our on-site butcher shop. Much of our fresh fish is line-caught right here in Florida, and our custom saltwater tanks keep the live Maine lobsters fresh. In the adjacent Council Oak Lounge, you can listen to live entertainment nightly or enjoy a fine cigar Sunday-Thursday.

The only time we close is between 11pm and 7am on Tuesdays (hey, even rock stars gotta sleep some time).

The Center Bar
Aptly named, the Center Bar is in the middle of the casino, making it great for people-watching and developing your plan of action for gaming. Swimming Pool
As a testament to our dedication to rock ’n’ roll, we not only play music in the pool area, we also have specially designed speakers pumping out music underwater. But don’t try to sing along down there. The music is also piped into your very own Seminole chickee cabana, equipped with TVs, refrigerators and everything else you want at your side for a day by the pool.
