A future re-opening date has not been determined thus far. We will continue to closely evaluate information from state government and Gov. Phil Murphy as we receive it and share updates with you moving forward.
What measures has Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City taken to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to guests and Team Members? We have implemented and will continue:
- Disinfecting common surfaces more frequently, specifically lobbies, front desks, slot machines, tabletops, table game surfaces, restrooms, hotel rooms, door knobs, elevators and more;
- Making hand sanitizers available in all common areas, and disinfectant wipes upon request;
- Eliminating self-service utensils at all buffets;
- Increasing communications and reminders with our guests, employees and partners on important health and safety measures.

What will happen to my Wild Card Rewards Comp Dollars in Atlantic City?
We have frozen Comp Dollar expiration. Therefore, you will not lose earned comp dollars during this time of closure.
What will happen to my Wild Card Rewards Tier Points? I was close to earning the next tier.
We will pro-rate your Tier Point earnings based on the length of our closure to ensure you are not penalized. Upon re-opening, we will offer a 2x Tier Point promotion that will run through May 31, 2020.

My show was postponed, and I can’t attend the new date, can I get a refund?
Yes, you are able to be refunded for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, by calling Ticketmaster at 1 (800) 653-8000.
My show was postponed and I want to attend the new date, what should I do?
Hold on to the tickets you purchased, they will be valid for the new show date unless otherwise noted on the event page here.
My show was canceled, will I be refunded?
Yes, you will be refunded at the point of purchase.
I have an upcoming reservation at Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City, is it going to be canceled?
We will continue to follow the lead of public health authorities and Gov. Phil Murphy during this important time. We will make the appropriate adjustments to future hotel reservations based on the information we receive from state and local officials.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation at Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City?
Yes. For all existing reservations or future bookings through 4/30/2020, no penalties will be charged to cancel these reservations.
My reservation was canceled and I would like to re-book, will the rate I booked at originally be honored?
Our hotel rates fluctuate based on season and availability. We cannot guarantee you will get the same rate when re-booking for a later date.
Who can I contact for questions about my upcoming group meeting or event?
Individuals should contact their event organizer for the new or rescheduled dates of their events. In the case the event was postponed the reservations associated with the group block will automatically be cancelled and individuals will be sent their cancellation confirmations.
