Rules & Regulations (General)

Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™

We designed Roxity Kids Club™ programs with specific developmental characteristics for each age group.

Registration

  1. The child must be checked in and out by a parent, legal guardian, or designee.
  2. Proof of identification (ID/Passport) must be presented by parents/guardians upon registration to the Club, to ensure the safety and security of each child participating in our Jams. 
  3. Parents/guardians are required to share all medical and developmental conditions when registering for a Jam.
  4. Parents/guardians have to read and understand the registration form before enrolling the child in Roxity Kids Club™.
  5. A registration form with complete information is required. By completing the registration, you agree to the Roxity Kids Club™ terms and conditions.
  6. The child with special needs must be accompanied and supervise by the parent/guardian.

The following rules of operation will be implemented, and NO exceptional will be made:

  1. Children registered Roxity Kids Club™ are invited to participate in group activities adapted to their age group. If siblings requested to stay together, an elder sibling is allowed to join a younger age group. For safety reasons, the Club does not allow the younger child to join an elder age group.
  2. Children must be potty trained and diaper free.
  3. Due to hygiene and safety purposes, children must wear socks and sanitize hand before entering to the Roxity Kids Club™.
  4. It is highly recommended to arrive before starting each session to ensure your child has the best experience.
  5. Due to safety and liability concerns, Roxity Kids Club™ managers will not be able to administer medication to children.
  6. Parents must be reachable and available during an urgent or emergency situation.
  7. Children are required to obey all rules, instructions, and warnings from Roxity Kids Club™ attendant at all times. Roxity Kids Club™ reserves the right to deny access or remove anyone from the Club, especially in the event of aggressive/violent behavior to other guests or the staff.
  8. The parents/guardians must supply personal items. Each child needs to be equipped with a hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, one spare set of clothes for changing, and any other items deem necessary. Roxity Kids Club™ does not provide the listed items to the child.
  9. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuable items brought into Roxity Kids Club™ that could get broken, lost, or stolen.
  10. Activities offered in the Jam programs are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
  11. Children are required to obey all rules, instructions, and warnings from Roxity Kids Club™ attendant at all times. Roxity Kids Club™ reserves the right to deny access or remove anyone from the Club, especially in the event of aggressive/violent behavior to other guests or the staff.
  12. Roxity Kids Club™ Manager does not take any disciplinary action other than a time out. Repeated disruptive behavior by any child will be brought to the parent's attention and may result in exclusion from future participation in Roxity Kids Club™.

Parents/Guardians should note that while every consideration has been given for the safety of children, Roxity Kids Club™ cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of children playing on the equipment. (Update July 2019)
