Complimentary ticket redemption Terms and Conditions

• Upon receipt of accommodation payment, a Ticketmaster booking link will be provided with a Frameless ticket booking code for each applicable guest, each code can be used to book one Adult Flexi Ticket.
• Hard Rock Hotel London accept no responsibility for availability of specific dates or redemption via Ticketmaster. Hard Rock Hotel London terms and conditions apply to accommodation bookings and are independent of and not affected by the free gift of Frameless tickets.
• One ticket booking code per applicable guest will be provided, all codes will be delivered to the email provided at the time of booking. 
• Ticket booking codes must be used by 30^th June 2023 for entry dates up (and including) to 30^th December 2023.
• Each individual Frameless ticket booking code must be redeemed for a Frameless ticket via Ticketmaster prior to arrival at Frameless.
• The ticket booking code does not grant entry to Frameless, all codes must be redeemed via Ticketmaster to obtain a ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable and for the use of the guest(s) only.
• The guest will be required to register with Ticketmaster to book Frameless entry tickets using the ticket booking code provided. Frameless tickets and redemption of the ticket booking code(s) are subject to Ticketmaster and Frameless terms and conditions.
• Redemption of the ticket booking code requires booking a Frameless Any Time entry ticket for a specific date of your choice. Once the ticket booking code(s) are redeemed for Frameless Any Time entry ticket, the date cannot be transferred.
• The ticket booking codes and Frameless tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
