Arrival POLICIES

Apart from all practices outlined in our own Safe + Sound procedures: temperature taking, use of mask, social distancing, and apart from presenting an official vaccination certificate, from 1 April 2022 onwards, all arriving guests as residents must present all of their vaccination records. For those that have not received the 3rd or booster shot, or have received the 2nd vaccine within 6 months are permitted to enter the property after completing the health declaration form. Any person without valid vaccination proof must present a negative RT-PCR or Antigen self-test taken within 72 hours. Self-test kits are available arrival for a small charge if you do not have this. 

All restaurant diners including children, must present a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result either by RT-PCR or ATK self-test that were taken within 72 hours prior to arrival. Uncorroborated test results without names and dates will not be accepted. We have ATK test kits available at THB 50 net/person and free of charge for guests with a room booking.

Failure to meet requirements will be denied access to the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, but we wish to create a safe environment for all our Guests and Hotel Team Members to enjoy.
