Philanthropy at Hard Rock Pattaya

We, at Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe, believe in the mottos "Love All - Serve All", "Take Time To Be Kind", "Save The Planet", and "All Is One". The property has continued engaging with a local society and collaborating with an association to drive the message of all mottos.

Annual Charity FUNDRAISER

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya put the fun into fundraising by organizing the annual charity fundraiser and hosting a special concert. The funds raised from concert ticket sales, donations, auctions, and raffle tickets were over a THB 1,000,000 and all proceeds were donated to the H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Srinthorn Charity Fund and Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Philanthropic Projects: Rock the School, Rock the Lunch, and Rock the Farm.

Pinktober Campaign

The PINKTOBER campaign, which takes place in October each year, is organized to raise funds for Thanyarak Foundation breast cancer patients under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Part of the donation revenues is from ticket sales, food & beverages, and partly from the hotel activities.

Founders' Day Hard Rock Cafe

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya organized a special luncheon for Pattaya City Environmental Department crews, garbage collectors, and public area cleaners in Pattaya City. We wanted to give back to the people who work so hard to keep Pattaya City clean and beautiful. The event was organized at Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya and led by Mr. Jorge Carlos Smith, General Manager. During the luncheon, the Pattaya City Environmental Department members were treated to signature Hard Rock cuisine, including the Hard Rock Original Legendary® Burger, Hickory-Smoked Ribs, and more.

The Earth HourProject

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya has continued its support for the global Earth Hour movement, which takes place yearly on the last Saturday of March across all Hard Rock Properties around the world. It is in keeping with one of our mottoes, "SAVE THE PLANET".

The Earth Hour Swim has successfully conducted on the 26th & 27th of March 2022. It had supported by The Pattaya City Hall, Pattaya Business & Tourism Association, and The Blue Shark Swim Association to bring young swimmers to experience open water swimming along with the local athletes. The event created a buzz of awareness by the swimmer collecting the garbage and the follower cleaning the beach together with the local authorities. It has brought a joyful and happiness to local people.

Rock the FarmProject

Started in July 2016, our green initiative, according to our motto "SAVE THE PLANET", collaborates with The King’s Project of Agricultural Promotion, Demonstration, and Training Center at Wat Yansangwararam and provides us with the knowledge, seeds, and sprouts to farm organically. This becomes a learning center for our Hard Rock team members who wish to join us in learning about sustainable agriculture. We grow a variety of fruits and vegetables: banana, mango, tomato, cucumber, onion, many varieties of lettuce, and Thai herbs. Everything grown at Rock the Farm is 100% natural; we use chemical-free natural compost. The produce grown is organic and is brought back to the Rock the Lunch project, food and beverage decoration and cooking ingredients in all F&B outlets, such as Starz Diner, Pizzeria, Hard Rock Cafe, The Shack Bar, etc.

Rock the Lunch Project

Initiated by Hard Rock Pattaya in 2011, Rock the Lunch takes place on a monthly basis. We have visited over 70 schools with limited budgets for children meals to prepare and serve them lunch. Our own band members put on a show, and the children have a great meal, have fun, and leave energized.

Hard Rock Heals One-to-Five Piano

Hard Rock Pattaya has partnered with the Trirat Foundation. The Trirat Foundation uses the healing power of music to improve mood, concentration, and cognitive performance. Hard Rock Pattaya provides financial support to the Trirat Foundation, and we held a "One-to-Five Piano Class" to teach the students in Chonburi, Hard Rock team members, and their families. It influenced the balancing of the left and right brains and enabled a perfect balance between art and science. This activity is under the Hard Rock Heals Foundation, which is our global charity focused on funding music programs worldwide. We exist to improve lives through the power of music.

Rock the School Project
