From 12 January 2022 onwards

all arriving guests as residents or as restaurant diners including children,

must present a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result either by RT-PCR or ATK self-test that were taken within 72 hours prior to arrival.

To help keep guests and team members safe and healthy, the property has established SAFE + SOUND as a new standard. Developed by Hard Rock worldwide in collaboration with health and sanitization experts, including Ecolab and NSF International, the program focuses on enhanced cleaning practices, social interaction guidelines and workplace protocols.

Please note this is mandatory, including the wearing of masks in all public areas of the hotel, lobby, lounge, corridors, social distancing, and so forth. If you do not agree with these and other terms, we ask you to choose alternative accommodation.
