• A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night room charge, excluding service charge and service tax, will be collected upon confirmation of booking. Balance of reservation (including prevailing taxes) will be charged upon arrival.
• Amendment of booking is allowed up to 3 days prior to arrival. Surcharge may apply depending on new dates of stay. 
• Deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or amendment less than 3 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings strictly via Hard Rock Hotel Penang website only.
• For regular rooms, third person charge is charged RM160++ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed and buffet breakfast.
• For Rock Royalty Seaview Deluxe and Suites, third person is charged RM270++ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed, buffet breakfast and Rock Royalty Level Lounge access and privileges.
• Valid for new bookings only.
• Maximum of 3 rooms per booking per person.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• This promotion is not combinable with any other programmes, promotions and/or existing offers.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Local Council Fee of RM3 per room night should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
• Tourism Tax of RM10 per room night imposed on non-My Kad and non-MyPR cardholders, should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
