Scheduled Renovation Works
- Lobby & Lounge Renovation
We would like to advise that the hotel is undertaking scheduled renovation works for the Lobby & Lounge from 4 September to 30 November 2023. For a period during this process, the Reception counter is temporarily relocated to Rock Shop Too. Throughout this period, all efforts have been made to minimise disruption to the guest experience. Facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, Hard Rock Café, Pizzeria (and more!) remain fully operational. We look forward to sharing our exciting new Lobby & Lounge concept from December 2023 onwards.
- Rock Spa Temporary Relocation
Please be informed that Rock Spa is undergoing scheduled renovation works from 4 September to 30 November 2023. Rock Spa is temporarily relocated to the Business Centre on Level 2 during this period, operating daily from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Rest assured, Rock Spa services are still available in allocated guest rooms to ensure exceptional wellness treatments. We look forward to serving you in our beautifully renovated spa from December 2023 onwards.
- Kids' Waterplay Area Maintenance Notice
We will undertake essential maintenance work at the kids’ water play area from 2 to 15 October 2023. During this time, the kids’ water play area including the slides will not be available for use. The swimming pool will still remain open and our Vibe Team will keep you entertained with rockin’ activities at the pool during the day.
