Submission must be made prior to the end of your cancellation period (noted in your confirmation email) in order to get an immediate rate adjustment to your reservation. We will match any rate you may find and also add a free room upgrade (subject to availability at the time of submission) though the rate must be for the same room type and stay dates, publicly available and bookable. If there are specific rules associated with the rate you find, (e.g. full-prepayment, etc.), your amended reservation would need to follow these new rules. Complete the request form within 48 hours of booking your reservation. The case of changes to prices on our website and booking engine, we will update the price to the current one, but any additional discount and the complimentary room upgrade won't apply.
