CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any and all changes to your reservations must be made in person by the original purchaser at the Vacation Planners or Rock Spa desk with the original reservation receipt in hand. Changes may only be made once and reservations with changes may not be canceled. A full refund will only be given for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service. What if i forgot to show up for my appointment?Don’t forget please! You will loose the treatment without reimbursement. A no show can be rescheduled based on Availability, and It can be refund only in case of illness showing.
