Montauk is an à la carte restaurant situated opposite the pool in the Nirvana tower of the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. With stunning views overlooking the beach and pool, it has a fabulous terrace where you can dine al fresco, all while enjoying the most delightful sunset.
Montauk is our take on the fancy steakhouse. An exclusive restaurant cooking up five-star raw materials where you can sit back and enjoy a great steak, a bottle of wine and some juicy chats with your best pals.
Decked out in glamourous décor fit for the fanciest of rock stars, Montauk is not your typical hotel restaurant. Montauk is the Tenerife steakhouse where the carnivore experience of your dreams will come true -it’s going to be even more awesome than you can imagine.

There’s nothing more sensual than a tender, juicy veal steak with an excellent bottle of wine. You slide in that knife and you know, it’s done to perfection. Close your eyes and savour it like it deserves. And smile. Smile wide. Waiter, bring me another bottle. The night is long, and this is pure bliss.
The delicious cuts of meat we prepare at Montauk steakhouse include fabulous sirloin steaks, grilled rib-eye steaks, succulent half-kilo Chateaubriand, mouth-watering tenderloins, or the real challenge for those meat lovers who really wanna show what they’re made of: an incredible T-bone steak that will have you tearing up with joy. Rare, medium, well done… Think you can manage it?
The famous selection of sides on the menu at Montauk just ramps up the meaty experience even further: mashed potatoes with butter, six-cheese macaroni, mashed sweet potatoes, the famous local ‘papas arrugadas’ (salt-baked Canaries baby potatoes) with red and green mojo sauce, sautéed asparagus, and a host of other delicious sides.
If you’re not a big meat fan, but you still want to eat like a king, there’s no need to panic. Montauk is much more than a steakhouse. The menu also incudes mouth-watering dishes like lobster purée, grilled octopus, charcoal-grilled mussels with Malsavía wine, Caesar salad, or our creamy risotto with mushrooms, truffle and asparagus.
